Kim Mideum, also known as Believe is a performer, choreographer, and dance instructor from South Korea, currently based in Seoul. With a strong foundation in dance, he graduated from Hanyang University Conservatory with a degree in Practical Dance. His career spans performance, choreography, and mentorship, contributing to major stages and top entertainment events.
Throughout his journey, Believe has worked on high-profile projects, including serving as artist staff for BTS at the Melon Music Awards (MMA) and Golden Disc Awards. He also appeared in NCT DREAM’s “Beat Box” music video, performed at BTS J-Hope’s MAMA in Osaka, and danced as a sub-dancer for TVXQ’s music video and Gayo Daejeon stage. His other performances include Mnet’s “Street Man Fighter” mega crew, NMIXX’s music video, and a partner dancer role for Golden Girls’ second album.
Beyond performing, Believe has taken on important roles in stage production, working as a stage director for the 2023 OFD concert “Oh Happy Day”, 2024 mu:stage production, and Winter Urban Life stage. He has also participated in major cultural and TV performances, including the Jongno Hanbok Festival for Deep n Dap, aespa’s stage at KBS Gayo Daechukje, and LE SSERAFIM’s “1-800-hot-n-fun” performance video.
As an experienced dance educator, Believe has taught at some of Korea’s most renowned studios, including Feedback Studio, JustJerk Ehwa Branch Academy, Prepix Studio, Deep Move Academy, and YGX Academy, among others. He has also worked as a dance trainer for YS Group’s ACE Entertainment in Hong Kong and taught at Sangmyung University Conservatory and Shinan University’s K-pop program. His expertise is often sought for workshops, including at Bucheon Ground Dance, Chuncheon Ara Dance Academy, and Center Dance, and he also has judging experience at a K-pop event in Italy.
Currently, Believe is a resident instructor at Mu:tudio, OMG Dance Studio, OFD Dance Studio, Beatmix Studio, and Play the Urban, while also serving as a dance trainer for Pick Planet Academy and YS Entertainment. His dedication to dance and teaching continues to inspire dancers both in Korea and around the world.
